EV Chargepoints for Landlords

You can get up to £30,000 or 75% off the cost of the work. The amount depends on how many parking spaces the work covers.

Our Vehicle-to-Home (V2H) offering represents the advancement bidirectional charging technology.

V2H enables bidirectional energy exchange between your residence and your electric vehicle (EV). This allows, in addition to regular EV charging, you to harness the energy stored in your EV's battery to supply power to your home when it's advantageous. With a compatible V2H charger, your EV effectively transforms into your personal energy storage unit. V2H not only offers potential savings on your energy costs but also contributes to lowering carbon emissions.

With Solar Panels

If you have solar panels installed, our V2H charger becomes even more beneficial. It allows you to optimise the use of the renewable energy generated locally. During sunny periods, you can charge your EV using the solar power generated, reducing the need for grid electricity. The energy stored in your EV can then be discharged to the house at night.

Without Solar Panels

Even if you don't have solar panels, V2H offers savings potential. If you're on a dual-rate tariff, V2H enables you to capitalise on the price disparity between peak and off-peak tariff rates. You can charge your EV during off-peak hours when electricity rates are lower, and discharge the power when rates are higher
